Purple unicorn, Tovad

Felt unicorn, purple and pink in 100% wool. There is historical evidence to suggest that the Vikings invented the concept of unicorns. Maybe to sell narwhal teeth with mythological origins. The oldest known image of a unicorn is from a drinking horn found in Ireland.  

All of our felted animals are free of plastic materials and dyed with lightfast, water-based, non-toxic paint. The animals are felted by hand with natural soap and warm water. The padding is also 100% wool. 

Nordlys takes responsibility all the way. Our dolls are felted in collaboration with ethical companies and social projects in Nepal. Through the craft, we support the independent economy of women from Nepal's most vulnerable groups.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age as parts can detach and end up in the mouth.
