Important shipping & delivery information
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- In order for the order to leave our warehouse on the same day, it must be placed and paid for before 11:00 a.m. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. or during the weekend will be processed and shipped the next working day.
- For additional delivery information such as specific service, zip code and country information please contact us by email or phone.
- We send both loose goods and pallets. Packaging and handling fee is added to all orders.
- If you have any special delivery requirements, please add a comment to your order.
- Deliveries outside the EU are provided with full customs and declaration documentation. Some local taxes and charges may apply, depending on the country.
- The shipping cost is quoted together with the invoice or paid according to the specification directly on the page.
