On these dainty little earrings, we see the tree of life. The branches reach downwards to connect with the roots in the eternal cycle. The earrings are handmade in silver-plated brass and have a polished silver color.
The tree of life, Arbor vitae (Latin), exists in several cultures and has different names. In Norse mythology, it is referred to as Yggdrasil and is the center of the Viking worldview; its branches connected the various worlds and creation as a whole.
