Viking time bonding. The dice is handmade in oxben.

The dice is symmetrical and based on findings from York in England. The original is dated to the 9th century. The opposite sides of the dice do not form the sum 7 as on modern dice.

The Vikings played many different games. Of them, many seem to have been with dice, iaf if one is to proceed from the amount of dice one finds during excavations. In York, a variety of dice are found, all of which differ in shape and performance. Many of them haven’t been symmetrical, and it doesn’t seem that important to the Vikings. Perhaps that’s because you believed in destiny and that’s why you had a different attitude toward the concept of luck than you have today.
